Yesterday night Stefanie Sun went to Jay Chou's concert with her family, even though she did not go onstage, but she sang a "duet" of "Tears Become A Poem" with Jay Chou from a distance!

Yesterday night was the second night of Jay Chou's "The Era World Tour Concert" in Lion City, as usual he brought surprises, yesterday night Stefanie Sun and her family came along, for the entire show she sat offstage watching, even though she was never invited onstage to sing but when he sang her song "Tears Become A Poem", the camera went on Stefanie Sun, even though she didn't have a mic, but she sang along offstage, the interaction between the heavenly king and queen of the Chinese music industry gave rise to another climax to the concert.

The day before yesterday Stefanie Sun celebrated her 32nd birthday, yesterday night she, her parents and her sister went to give support to her good friend Jay Chou, even though she was without her boyfriend "beard guy", but she still attracted attention. The main organisers arranged for her to sit in the same row as mother Chou and grandmother Chou; according to reports, before the concert began, she had already arrived with her family, a lot of fans spotted her and went to get photos taken with her.

At the halfway point of the concert, originally Jay Chou was singing "When I Think Of You I Write" which he wrote for The Drifters, but in the middle of it he flawlessly linked it into the melody for "Tears Become A Poem"; at this time, Stefanie Sun's surprised face was shown on the two big screens on the stage, after she found out she was on camera, she generously smiled to the camera and sang along offstage, even though she didn't have a mic, but you could consider this a duet from a distance between the two.

After the incident, Stefanie Sun expressed that her sister is a Jay Chou fan, her and Jay Chou entered the industry at the same time, so the two can be considered as friends, she praised the production of the concert for being exciting, she also said on Twitter in the middle of the night: "Jay's been out for 10 years, he sang Tears Become A Poem pretty well!"

This is the first time Jay Chou has held 3 nights in a row in Singapore, for each night he brought along a different surprise; yesterday night the tracklist was a bit different, in the first night he sang "East Wind Breaks", "Fireworks Cool Easily" and "You Are My Plaster" by his juniors The Drifters, yesterday he changed the tracklist to "Chrysanthemum Flower Bed", "When I Think Of You I Write" + "Tears Become A Poem" and "Gravity".

When Jay Chou sang "Superman Can't Fly" he changed the lyrics on the fly, praising Singapore for not having any paparazzi, he also sang about his love for Bak-Kut-Teh.

After the success of changing the lyrics the other night, not long after the concert started last night, when he was singing "I'm Not Worthy", the mic had a problem, the staff had to give him another one, when he took the mic he did a rap saying he threw away the mic before because it was out of power.

The concert neared the end, when he was singing "Superman Can't Fly", he changed the lyrics again, he mentioned the lovely food in Singapore, he's only been in Singapore for a few days but he's already eaten "Bak-Kut-Teh for 3 days and 2 nights", he praised the place for not having paparazzi, he hopes he can come here to do a concert every year.

i've always found it strange why they never did any collaboration in music, hopefully we can get some of this either from fan recordings or on the dvd (i doubt it)
